Description: Project consists of fuels reduction by Mechanical Thin with bill for colection for 12-24 DBH sawlogs and optional additional sawlogs and bio-mass on the Scott River Ranger District, Klamath National Forest. Payment of Bill for Collection must be made in advance for included timber. Item 1 consists of estimated 127 acres of Thinning 40-year old plantations to 24'x24' spacing. Estimated start work is May 15, 2003. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 115310, and the small business size standard is $6.0 million. Solicitation package will be uploaded at this site approximately April 8, 2003.
