- Description
- The Natural Resources Conservation Service is planning a Direct Conversion with cost comparison for soil mapping services in Ely,Nevada. These services are currently provided by Government personnel. This is a request for proposal. Prospective offerors are advised that contract may not be awarded if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance of Government personnel.NIACS 541370 (Services). Performance period is one year with 4 option years.
