- Description
- The Immigration and Naturalization Service anticipates conducting a pre-solicitation conference on February 20, 2003, from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. EST, in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. The conference will discuss the Remote Video Surveillance (RVS) System. The conference room doors will open at 8:30 A.M. Attendees must have a picture ID to attend the conference. Interested parties are asked to limit attendance to no more than two representatives. Attendance is at the expense of the attendees. Attendees must contact the Contracting personnel, at the e-mail address listed below, NLT February 14, 2003 to pre-register for the conference and to obtain conference location. It is anticipated that a Request for Proposal will be issued in March 2003 with proposals due in April 2003. SMALL BUSINESSES ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE.
