- Description
- The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) Headquarters Procurement Office is in the process of determining the acquisition strategy for a potential requirement to provide a Remote Video Surveillance (RVS) system along the United States Borders. We are seeking information, questions and comments from industry regarding the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) to refine the requirement and acquisition strategy. The Government is contemplating award of at least one Time and Materials Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Respondents are encouraged to submit questions and comments in response to the Draft SOW. The Draft SOW is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure these services. The Government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this notice, nor otherwise pay for any information/questions/ comments received in response to this notice. To be of maximum benefit to us, all responses to the Draft SOW must be received no later than February 12, 2003 at 12:00 pm EST in order to be considered for the pre-solicitation conference.
