Description

NA Department of the Army, Defense Contracting Command-Washington, 5200 Army Pentagon, Washington, D.C. intends to award a single source contract (IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source) to Jones Lundin Beals, Inc., 500 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 300, Chicago, IL 60611, for a follow-on contract entitled ?Optimizing the U.S. Army Advertising Agency Recompete Process.? The U.S. Army requires the services of an agency management consultancy most uniquely qualified to handle the U.S. Army advertising reco mpete process during the period of FY03 through FY04. The contractor shall provide experienced counsel in the re-competition of the Army advertising account to include, but not limited to: agency search, performance incentives and evaluations, transition from one agency to another in the event it is necessary, continued agency reports associated with Army-advertising agency labor and relationships issues, subcontracting, and resource conformity/accountability. The period of performance of this contract will be for twelve (12) months with a twelve (12) month option. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This announcement is for informational purp oses only. See Note 22.
