Description

NA Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA on behalf of the U.S. Army ? Soldier Systems Center, intends to place a contract on a sole source basis with Kokatat, Inc., 5350 Eri cson Way, Arcata, CA 95521, which is for the procurement of Maritime Assault Suit Systems (MASS). The Kokatat, Inc. MASS is the only suit with test data showing that it meets the user?s requirement of maritime use while providing chemical protection when i ntergrated with other apparel. Questions concerning this acquisition may be addressed to the above address, Attention: Mr. Stephen Abate (AMSSB-ACC-NS) or by E-mail. See Note 22, which is decreased from 45 days to 5 days.
