Description
NA The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) has the requirement to provide Display Services at various locations and times, clear, concise, accurate, and understandable depictions of various aspects of its ongoing missions, function, tasks, t echnical efforts, historical commentary, and Command status. Messages shall be communicated in the form of displays utilizing various media and techniques, which are tailored to the specific circumstance. These messages and specific information will be c onveyed to various audiences, which may include people from other government agencies, industry, allies, educational institutions and the general public. Locations may include government, industry, and military meetings, technical trade shows, symposiums, and conferences held at Huntsville, AL locations; Washington D.C. or Crystal City, VA locations; Army Space Command, Colorado Springs, CO; and other locations throughout the United States and internationally. Each display will be unique; some will be pre pared, as traveling displays while others will be prepared for permanent installation in a government facility. The types of display services include, but are not limited to six (6) phases, preliminary concept definition; detailed final design; fabricatio n; maintenance and updates; storage; and delivery and operation. This acquisition is not open to allied participation. This effort is a competitive set-aside for small business. The planned period of performance is a twenty-four (24) months basic effort with 5 (five) twelve (12) months options for a total of eighty-four (84) months. The government contemplates award of a cost-plus-fixed fee, level-of-effort contract. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541430 with a sma ll business size standard of 6 million dollars. No paper copies of the RFP will be provided nor is a mailing list being maintained for this acquisition as the solicitation an d all associated documentation will be posted at the above website address.
