Description: The Bureau of Land Management intends to award a sole source contract to the National Wild Horse and Burro Foundation to conduct a study in support of National Wild Horse Visitor and Adoption Center Project. Study comprised of three (3) phases as follows: 1) Conceptual Development Plan 2) Detailed Development Plan 3) Detailed Work Products. Period of performance will be 1 May 03 through 30 September 04.
