Description

Description General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in Cincinnati, Ohio for the Internal Revenue Service. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 32,155 BOMA Office Area square feet of quality office space and 4 parking spaces, 2 of which will be designated as handicapped accessible spaces. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: Downtown North: 9th Street, South: 3rd Street, East: Broadway Street, West: Plum Street. Due to the soon-to- expire lease, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality that are economically advantageous. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, alterations, and costs to move data and telecommunication lines. Lease term: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term. Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection.
