- SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to negotiate, on a sole-source basis, with 901D, LLC, 360 Route 59, Tallman, NY 10982 for the procurement of rugged shipboard equipment racks (Part numbers 2080-S-D01023 and 2079-S-D01012). 901D, LLC is the only source capable of providing these racks as they hold the proprietary rights to them. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. Approximately 7 units of each part number stated above will be procured. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The applicable NAICS is 334417. The anticipated delivery date is early June 2003.
