NA This requirement is for PRON: AX3F0109AX NOUN: Bolt, Internally Rel, NSN: 5306-01-298-6474, PN: 70400-06802-101, Quantity: 3,526 with two option years, 100% each year applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. This item is restricted to Avibank MFG. Inc. A Subs idiary of SPS Technologies Inc. DBA., North HollyWood, CA, Cage Code: 84256 and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, CT Cage Code: 78286. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 3,526 each 36 0 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 3,526 each 240 DACA. this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. This item is a Flight Safety Part. ?This acquisitin contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be relea sed outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.?
