Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to secure performance based service contract for obliterating road beds and road entrance deactivation. Obliterating roads will consist of ripping the existing road bed. Where specified obliteration will also include pulling the fill from the fillslopes and placing the fill in the road bed to restore the natural pre-road contour. The contractor shall scatter large organic matter on the obliterated roads depending on the availability of material within 100 feet of the work site. The entrances to the road shall be blocked with onsite rick, earth berms or boulders.
