Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The government intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order with Williams Scotsman, Inc., Tampa, FL for a six month lease extension for existing overflow 120? X 56? box size trailers. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order to Williams Scotsman, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the existing agency requirements. This notice constitutes the only announcement; a written solicitation will not be issued. NAICS Code is 541390 and small business size standard is $1.5 million average annual gross receipts. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.232-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52-232-33, 242,212-7000, 252.212-7001, and provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?
