Description

The principal feature of this project shall include but not limited to asphalt concrete pavement maintenance (cold planning, resurfacing and seal coating), repair (with new base course, base course scarification or asphalt-treated base), restriping (stripes, arrows, words, symbols, and reflective and non-reflective markers), and associated work (adjustment to manholes/valved box frames and covers, installation of geotextile material, survey street monuments and concrete parking bumper blocks, and relocation of traffic signs). This project applies to Hickam AFB and Bellows AFS, HI. The NAICS code is 237310. This project will be procured on an unrestricted basis. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The estimated range of the acquisition is between $5,000 (guaranteed minimum) and $5,000,000 per contract period of one year. The guaranteed minimum applies only to the basic year. The basic year performance will be effective on or about 1 July 2003 (or date of award whichever is later) through 30 June 2004, with four (4) 12-month option periods to be executed at the government's option.
