Description
NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334515 and the Business Size Standard is 500. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DABJ05-03-T-0453. CLIN 0001- EMI Test System Receiver 1-40 GHz, Document of Ca libration Values ESIB DCV-2, Preamplifier- Antenna System 1-18 Ghz, Preamplifier ? Antenna System 18 ? 26.5 GHz, Multi-site license for ESK1 Software, Tracking Generator (9 KHz to 7 GHz), Output Attenuator for Generator B10, Preamplifier Antenna System 26.5-40 Ghz. The contractor shall include setup and software training package. This system shall have a single box solution that cover the frequency range of 20Hz to 40 GHz, 3 and 6 bB resolution bandwidth filters, EMI receiver and full featured Spectrum Analyzer, QP, Peak, RMS, and Ave detectors built in, correction for transducers and transducer sets, limit lines with edit capability, turnkey system for EMI up to 40 GHz, MIL-STD 461 A, B, C, D and E system capability and software used to control receive r must run under ES-K1 and be Windows based. Requisition Number W81C5M-3086-0006. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. The provision at 52.212-1 , Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are ? Technical, Price and Past Performance? and ? Technical and Past Perfo rmance are less important than price?. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, appli es to this acquisition.
