Description

NA The United Stated Military Academy anticipates a requirement for the upgrade of the telephone switchboard located at the Directorate of Admissions, Bldg 606, West Point, NY. The current system is based on the Avaya Conversant version 6 and runs a third pa rty software package that was written specifically for West Point by Interactive Northwest in 1996. The system requires upgrade because Avaya no longer supports Conversant version 6 and the hardware is outdated. Interested parties may identify to the con tract specialist their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement within the response time specified below. Ability to perform in this location should also be addressed. Responding concerns are asked to indicate their size status in relation to the applicable NAICS code (334210) and size standard (1000 employees). This is a sources sought synopsis for information purposes. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government.
