- Description
- Single award term contract for IRS/Atlanta, GA. Beginning June 1, 2003, and ending May 31, 2004, with 4 possible options years (if applicable). Quality Level III is required. These specifications cover printing and marketing research of customer satisfaction surveys requiring such operations as design and composition, electronic prepress, proofs, prior-to-production samples, printing, packing, and distribution. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for assigning and monitoring ID numbers, updating furnished electronic files, creating applicable database for monitoring data, maintaining a 1-800 number manned by live operators, and securely handling “white mail” (i.e. miscellaneous documents, notes, etc. that are included in the return envelopes from the respondents). FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: approximately 120 per year. QUANTITY: 350 - 15,000 copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: Range from 2 to approximately 4. TRIM SIZE: 8.5x11". Deliver f.o.b. contractor's city to. Complete production and delivery is required throughout the month/quarter as indicated on the print order. Request for bid package may be FAXed to (404) 605-9185 on bidder's letterhead.
