- Description
- The purpose of this contract is to have Executive Information Sytems (EIS) complete several conversions for the Department of Energy Information Agnecy. The Office of Oil and Gas (OOG) is converting its various survey processing systems to a single processing system called STEPS (Standard Energy Processing System).Oil and Gas surveys currently being converted to STEPS are: EIA-64A (Annual Report of the Origin of Natural Gas Liquids Production), EIA-191 (Monthly and Annual Underground Gas Storage Report), EIA-176 (Annual Report of Natural and Supplemental Gas Supply and Disposition), and Monthly petroleum supply surveys (EIA-810, 811, 812, 813, 814, 816, 817 and 819M EIA-23 (Annual Survey of Domestic Oil and Gas Reserves), EIA-857 (Monthly Report of Natural Gas Purchases and Deliveries to Consumers), and EIA-820 (Annual Refinery Report). EIA-14 (Refiners? Monthly Cost Report), EIA182 (Domestic Crude Oil First Purchase Report), EIA782A (Refiners?/Gas Plant Operators? Monthly Product Sales Report) EIA782B (Resellers?/Retailers? Monthly Petroleum Product Sales Report), EIA-782C (Monthly Report of Prime Supplier Sales of Petroleum Products Sold for Local Consumption), EIA-821 (Annual Fuel Oil and Kerosene Sales Report), and EIA-856 (Monthly Foreign Crude Oil Acquisition Report). The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties that feel they can provide these services may respond by submitting their capability statement to the address in this notice, including prices. All submissions must be received within 30 dyas of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to thsi notice is due to the guidelines written in FAR 8.404.
