Description

This solicitation is hereby modified to revise the requirement for a DOD Class A-1 certification. This modification does not change the due date of April 18 for proposals. This solicitation has been revised to read: For clarification of the requirement specified in Section 7 - Certification of Compliance of Vault With Specified Technical Requirements. This requirement can be met in one of two ways - a vendor with an existing vault built to the original DoD Class A-1 structure requirements that is currently approved for classified storage, as well as the newer GSA Federal Specification AA-V-2737. Either certification must allow for storage of Top Secret material. Award of the contract to the winning company is contingent upon submission of an acceptable certification by the offeror accompanying their proposal prior to award. NSF will not sponsor vendors for clearances.
