Approximately 1,917,419 Dekatherms (MMBTU) Direct Supply Pipeline Quality Natural Gas for delivery to various DoD installations in New York, Pennsylvania, and Missouri to include: approximately 200,518 Dekatherms (MMBTU) Direct Supply Pipeline Quality Natural Gas for delivery to West Valley Nuclear (04), West Valley, NY, approximately 105,600 Dekatherms (MMBTU) Direct Supply Pipeline Quality Natural Gas for delivery to Niagara AFB, NY, approximately 35,312 Dekatherms (MMBTU) Direct Supply Pipeline Quality Natural Gas for delivery to Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg, PA, approximately 26,000 Dekatherms (MMBTU) Direct Supply Pipeline Quality Natural Gas for delivery to Defense Depot Susquehanna Pennsylvania New Cumberland, PA, and approximately 1,549,989 Dekatherms (MMBTU) Direct Supply Pipeline Quality Natural Gas for delivery to Ft Leonard Wood, MO. There is a 24-month delivery period commencing October 1, 2003 and terminating on September 30, 2005. Set-asides for hubzone businesses are under evaluation. The expected Solicitation date is May 5, 2003, and offers are expected to be due on June 3, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. local time, Ft. Belvoir, VA. Contract(s) awarded as a result of this solicitation will be requirements type contracts, fixed price with economic price adjustment.
