- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345 requires 1421 each linear microcuits NSN: 5962014468481, part number: HA1-5114/883 Vendors are encouraged to submit offers only for in-stock item, even if smaller quantities as this is an urgent requirement. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 simplified commercial acquisition procedures. When issued, the RFQ will be posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the soli citation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil) on or about 26 April 2003. Award will be made on, or about 29 April 2003 to one or multiple offerors in order to obtain delivery of 1421 units before 5 May 2003. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Numbered note 1 applies.
