Description

ADDRESS: HQ AU, 101 W. Kirkpatrick, Maxwell AFB AL 36112 SUBJECT: Voice Mail System DUE: 23 April 2003 POC: TSgt Toxie H. Courtney, Phone: (334) 953-3516; Fax (334) 953-2198 DESCRIPTION: This is not an RFQ but a SOURCES SOUGHT to provide a voice mail system for 500 boxes that is COMPATIBLE to the Meridian Mail System. Database preparation and on-site installation. All equipment must have a 36-month warranty that includes Advance Warranty Replacements. Database preparation includes complete programming needed to have the system fully functional. Programming of individual mailboxes will be the responsibility of the client with the help of vendor support staff if required. Installation of the system will be completed over the course of 1 day and includes the setup of the SL100 to the Meridian Mail, such configuration of any ports necessary for integration and cut over of all hardware contained in this proposal. After installation, qualified dial up support from Nortel Certified Engineer or over the phone support from the Engineering staff must be available. Advance Warranty Replacement of hardware must include replacement by overnight courier or dispatch. Please respond via e-mail or fax.
