- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The commercial item a quantity of 10 each fully dressed HEMTT Cabs, P/N: 3138443. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. The NAICS code is 336999 and the SIC code is 3999. The Government does not possess any technical data for this item. Inspection and acceptance will at origin. Shipments will be FOB Destination. Preservation/Packaging/ Packing/Marking Requirements shall be best commercial practice in accordance. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of price, the ability to meet the required delivery date, and evidence of complete familiarity with the various end items. All offerors must include a completed copy of the pro vision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?Commercial Items, with submitted offers.
