Description

PR No: LTC02270002344. This solicitation contains 1 NSN for Fog Oil. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This procurement is being advertised as full and open, 100% small business set-aside. MSDS and Hazard Warning labels are required IAW QAP 004. This procurement has critical item application. Delivery: FOB point is at Destination, Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) at Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 01 May 2003. The anticipated award date is 01 July 2003. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
