Description
NA The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Dugway Proving Ground will be soliciting for a Contractor to provide computer and related processing equipment maintenance support at the U.S. Army, Dugway Proving Ground facility in Utah. Offerors will be required to prov ide equipment maintenance services as specified in the scope of work for all equipment as specified in the solicitation. Maintenance service shall include, but not be limited to, the use of contractor-owned test equipment, repair/replacement parts, and oth er items necessary for the maintenance of the systems being serviced, but shall not include furnished supplies. NOTE: The maintenance personnel shall be required to arrive at the designated point, as indicated, within four hours from the time the Gover nme nt makes actual contact with the Contractor. These services shall be provided in accordance with all terms, conditions, and special contract requirements, specifications, and attachments contained in the solicitation or incorporated by reference. Awar d wi ll be made to the Offeror whose proposal represents the best value award to the Government. Best value will be evaluated based on established factors/criteria outlined in Section M of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right not to award if it i s determined after evaluation of the offers that award would not be in the best interest of the Government. Offerors are required to submit a Technical Proposal, a Cost Proposal, and Contract Documentation as outlined in Section L of the solicitation . Off erors are also required to submit a fully completed SF 33 and the Representations and Certifications in Section K. CONTRACT PERIOD: One 12-month period and four, one-year option periods. The contract type specified for this requirement will be both firm fi xed price and time and materials. The requirement is set-aside for small business (SIC Code and NAICS Code are 7378 and 811212 respectively with a small business size standard of $21,000,000). The solicitation for this requirement is DABJ19-03-R-0008. The solicitation will be available on or around 30 April 2003 at the Armys Single Face to Industry web site (http://acquisition.army.mil) and the U.S. ACA, Dugway Proving Ground web site (https://www.dugway.army.mil/10-3_ContractingDivision.htm).
