NA ***ATTENTION***CONTACT PAM MYRES, CONTRACTING OFFICER, AMSAM-AC-LS-C, EMAIL PAM. MYRES@REDSTONE.ARMY.MIL FOR ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROPOSED ACQUISITION. PRON: AX3T1060AXAX, NSN: 6695-01-088-3343, PN: 751044-2, Quantity: Min: 200 each, Max: 500 each, applicable to the CH-47 Helicopter. F.O.B. destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 200 each 225 days a fter contract award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 138 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 200 each, 150 Days DACA. This is a Engineering Tested Flight Safety Part. This item is restricted to Hamilton Sunstrand Corp., Cage Code: 73030, and General Electric Co., Cage Code: 99207, because the Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current sources(s). All offerors must meet preq ualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicit ations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estima ted date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respec tive embassies.
