Description

NA The Missouri Army National Guard, USPFO for Missouri is soliciting proposals on an open competitive basis from qualified contractors to provide ten (10) each, Aviation Ground Power Units (AGPU). Reference National Stock Number: 1730-014-66-9371, NAICS 335311. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Aviation Ground Power Unit (AGPU) is a turbine engine, wheel mounted, self-propelled (up to 3mph on flat surface), enclosed unit. The AGPU can be towed (20 mph maximum), and is air transportable. The AGPU provides ac/d c electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic power. Power is available individually, or in any combination. The AGPU provides the ground power requirements for aircraft such as the following: AH-64D Apache Longbow AH-64A Apache CH-47D Chinook OH-58D Kiowa Warrior UH-60 Blackhawk Control and regulation of the AGPU electrical and pneumatic systems is semi-automatic. Electronic devices monitor and regulate electrical voltage, frequency, and current; as well as pneumatic outputs. Control of the hydraulic system is semi-automatic, in that the operator must set hydraulic pressure, and select operating modes. Delivery to be FOB Destination-Missouri Aviation Classification and Repair Depot, 2501 Lester Jones Avenue, Springfield, MO 65803-9513.
