Description

NA NOTICE: This Solicitation replaces Presolicitation DAHA31-03-R-0001 under the same title. The USPFO for N.C. is issuing a Request for Proposal, RFP, on behalf of the North Carolina Army National Guard for a Statewide Frame Relay Network. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract for one base year. If determined to be in the best interest of the Government, the Contracting Officer may extend the contract up to four (4) one-year option periods. It is envisioned that the Frame Re lay Circuit would interface with 103 sites throughout North Carolina to a central hub located in Raleigh, N.C. The connection at the Raleigh hub would require a minimum of 65 Mega Bytes due to the bandwidth of the outlying locations. The DLCI and NPE for each proposed site are listed in solicitation. The solicitation is posted at www.nationalguardcontracting.org.
