Description: The US Gov. shall seek a lease extension of 3 years in the CBA of Chattanooga, TN for a highly secured Gov agency. 6,032 rentable square feet is required with 18 covered parking spaces by 8-1-2003. Relocation would only be considered if: alternate space were at a lower rate, alternate space were equal to or better than current space and no build out cost, TI cost, moving cost, telecommunication cost, and disruption cost were incurred by the Gov.
