Current lease in Bloomington, MN expires 4/30/04. Dept. of Homeland Security, Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration, requires office space of approx. 53,500 contiguous rentable SF equating to 46,573 usable SF for 5 year term, 3 years firm. Operation includes processing 350 clients a day. Dedicated entrance to space with waiting area for security screening required. Visitor parking and 41 covered, secured parking spaces for employees required. Government interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous and will consider cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate.
