Description
This is a Cost-Plus-Incentive-Fee, multi-ship multi-option procurement. This procurement is for all scheduled and non-scheduled availabilities for twelve MCH and fourteen MCM Class Vessels for a five year period. Two contract awards will be made to the offerors who represent the Best Value to the Government. The work includes miscellaneous electrical, mechanical and structural repairs. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror must have a current NAVSEA Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. Inspection dates are to be determined. The place of performance is restricted to the Ingleside, TX homeport area.
