Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a sole source procurement to Tech Resources Incorporated to procure four (4) Multiband Portable Signal Generator (MPSG) Flashlights (P/N 7171) with an option to purchase up to ten (10) each PDS Flashlights (P/N 7171) and up to nine (9) each ESM Flashlights (P/N 7171A-1). All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may or may not be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-JAN-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 23-APR-2003.
