REQUIREMENT: The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 1,200-7,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of Class A office space and 2-12 parking spaces in Erie, Pennsylvania. Ten (10) years with full termination rights by the Government after the fifth full year of occupancy. DELINEATED AREA: Point of Beginning: Grandview Blvd. and Pittsburgh Avenues.
