Description

GSA SEEKS INFORMATION ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE IN SEATAC, WASHINGTON. AMOUNT: 10,000 – 13,000 rentable square feet. LOCATION: West of I-5, North of S. 200th Street, East of 22nd Avenue, South of 154th Street. All properties within this area will be considered. REQUIREMENTS: Specific services, supplies and tenant improvements are to be part of the rental consideration. TERM: lease term will be 3 years, with ninety (90) days termination rights after January 1, 2006. OCCUPANCY: desired date is by September 18, 2003, or within 60 days of award. OWNERS AND AUTHORIZED AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office by May 2, 2003.
