Description

REQUIREMENTS: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1600 usable square feet of office space in Honolulu, Hawaii. Space must be located in an accessible location with close proximity to major roads and highways. Public transportation and additional parking for employees and visitors must be located within 4 blocks of the building. The location must be in a fully serviced class A office building and the office space must NOT be located on the ground floor or top floor of the building. Access must be provided on a 24 hour basis to both the offices and the parking. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers with a preference for the following delineated areas within Honolulu, Hawaii: NORTH: Vineyard Street, SOUTH: Nimitz Highway, EAST: Richards Street, WEST: River Street, offers in other parts of Honolulu will be considered as long as all other criteria are met. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy within 60 days of lease award. LEASE TERM: Term is 5 years with 4 years firm with the Government having cancellation priviledges after 4 years with 90 days advance notice.
