Description
The purpose of this modification to a previously announced procurement action is to change the solicitation from HubZone setaside to full and open competition. The response date for receipt of proposals has been change from May 13, 2003 to May 29, 2003. The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation is issuing a solicitation for the replacement SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) master station and RTU (Remote Terminal Unit). The replacement SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) master station and RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) that will be procured under this contract are required to replace the existing San Juan-Chama SCADA master station and RTU software. The existing master station is located in the Chama Field Office, Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. The existing RTU's are located at various Project sites in Colorado and New Mexico. The Contractor shall be responsible for the design, development, implementation, fabrication, testing, installation, and documentation for all specified SCADA equipment, and software provided under this procurement The replacement SCADA system will provide control and monitoring of the following facilities: Blanco Diversion Dam, Little Oso Diversion Dam, Oso Diversion Dam, El Vado and Heron Dams, and will be operated by Government personnel, trained by the Contractor. There will be a site tour scheduled for all interested parties (the date and time will be provided in the solicitation in Section L). The work will be performed under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541512. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available approximately April 29, 2003 at website: www.fedbizopps.gov.
