Description

This is a presolicitation Sources Sought Notice restricted to certified Small Business contractors with experience relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 56120 ($6 million) and specializing in mail and information transfer services. The attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) requires the contractor to provide mail and information transfer services to the Hickam Air Base, Hawaii. The successful Offeror and their employees will be required to have a Secret Clearance. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. In accordance with FAR 15.202, Advisory Multi-Step Process, this Sources Sought notice is in support of a market survey being conducted by the Air Force to determine potential sources. Small Business contractors capable of accomplishing the required consulting and technical services are invited to submit a response to this notice. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Interested certified Small Business offerors are invited to review the DRAFT SOW and provide suggestions for clarification and improvement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought request. Offerors should indicate their intent to be a prime contractor. All responses must be in writing and include the company name, address, tax identification number, Dun & Bradstreet number, Central Contractor Registration cage code, a point of contact to include telephone and facsimile numbers and e-mail address. The government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The anticipated period of performance is a twelve (12) month basic period and four (4) year (twelve (12) month) option periods.
