Description

THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS INTERESTED IN ACQUIRING SPACE IN BLAINE, WASHINGTON. The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to obtain approximately, 11,500 rentable square feet of space and 20 on-site parking spaces. LOCATION: North of Sweet Road, South of the U.S. Canadian Border, East of Peace Portal Road, and West of Harvey Road. All properties within this area including new construction will be considered. REQUIREMENTS: Specific services, supplies, and tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Lease term will be for ten (10) years with a five (5) year option. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is desired for no later than October 1, 2003. OWNERS AND AUTHORIZED AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office by May 8, 2003.
