Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to enter into a sole source purchase order award with Computer Associates International, Inc. (CA) for Rapid Access Management Information System (RAMIS) software maintenance. The support includes help desk/technical services and new versions of the RAMIS product when they are released. RAMIS software is used to support two NRC applications, License Tracking System (LTS) and Safety Issues Management System (SIMS). The Period of Performance of this acquisition is from award date through September 30, 2003. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Computer Associates International, Inc. 2291 Wood Oak Drive, Herndon, VA 20171, for a firm fixed price purchase order. This notice of intend is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offerors. Interested respondents must submit written capability statement including technical information sufficient to demonstrate a bona fide written capability to meet this requirement to the address shown above no later than 10 calendar days from the date this announcement appears in the Federal Business Opportunities. Telephonic responses and responses providing insufficient information for evaluation will not be considered.
