Description

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Information Services (OIS) through the Department of Acquisition Management (DAM), Program Support Center (PSC), intends to award a sole source Simplified Acquisition to Right Now Technologies in Bozeman, MT, 59718. The purpose of this simplified acquisition is for the contractor to provide renewal of Perpetual annual software maintenance for RightNow Web, RightNow eService. Maintenance includes Preferred Support, software updates and enhancements to the four main modules of RightNow Web: Incident Management, Web Self-Service, Reporting and Customer Analytics, and System Administration. This proposed requirement for which the Government intends to solicit only one source is under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested concerns having the capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement may submit a capability statement in a written narrative format detailing the concern?s ability to meet the objectives of this requirement. Capability statement may be sent via fax to (301)443-8488. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available; therefore, requests for such document will be considered invalid responses. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative responses are received within 15 days from the date of this synopsis, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the award to RightNow Technologies.
