Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The required quantity is 1 each. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions Offerors- Commercial Items), 52.212-2 (Evaluation--Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items),and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items). IAW clause 52.212-2,evaluation factors shall be price, price related factors, and conformance to performance specifications. Only electronic requests for copies of the specifications is acceptable. Quotations may be emailed or faxed to (478)926-7549 WR-ALC/PKOE, Attn: Jacqueline D. Kittrell. All responses are due 05 May 2003. Contractors shall submit descriptive literature with their quotations. The anticipated award date is 06 Jun 2003.
