Description

Provide and pay for all materials, labor, services, equipment, licenses, taxes, and other items necessary for the execution, installation, and completion the construction of a new USPS owned facility, TOPAZ STATION, of approximately 27,265 square feet in LAS VEGAS, NV on USPS owned property of approximately 180,000 square feet. The Work involves the construction of a new facility at location indicated on Drawings. Work includes but is not limited to, demolition, earthwork, site utilities and site improvements, paving, landscaping and irrigation. Work also includes concrete foundations and slab-on-grade, steel structure, steel joists and decking, roof membrane over roof insulation, pre-formed metal roofing, sheet metal, clay masonry, precast concrete coping, glass reinforced stucco soffits, metal stud partitions, insulation, gypsum board walls and ceilings, porcelain tile, acoustical ceilings, asphalt plank flooring, resilient flooring, carpeting, ceramic tile flooring, ceramic wall tile, custom cabinets and fixtures carpentry, glass storefront system painting, metal doors, wood doors, metal frames, door hardware, overhead coiling doors, folding grille, traffic impact doors, metal fabrications, toilet partitions and accessories, signage, lockers, loading dock equipment, fire protection and detection systems, security systems, electrical, and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning complete and ready for use. Estimated construction cost range is between $3.4 and $4.0 Million. The performance period is 300 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice-to-Proceed. Box 1458, Ogden, UT 84402. Subcontractors may secure a copy of the plans and specifications from the prequalified contractors. Plans and specifications are also available from the Local Plan Rooms.
