- This synopsis is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is the 3rd and final issuance of this notice. The first two Sources Sought notices can be obtained from FBO following this listing. The Human Resources Services and Information Center (HRSIC), Travel Branch (TVL) in Topeka, KS, is in the process of conducting an A-76 Cost Comparison Study of all travel related services and support to active duty Service Members, reserve components, Federal Civilian work force, their families and groups within HRSIC and throughout the Coast Guard. The Government is soliciting capability statements from interested sources that are capable of performing the services listed above. The support required shall include performing claims review, providing claims assistance, maintaining systems passwords, processing user accounts, providing customer claims training and other essential USCG Human Resources services for active duty Service Members, reserve components, Federal Civilian work force, their families and groups within HRSIC and throughout the Coast Guard. Work for these support services includes but is not limited to, processing Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Temporary Duty (TDY) and Special contingency travel claims for potentially a 5-year contract period. The description of the aforementioned services is not meant to be all inclusive, but only meant to convey a reasonable idea of the types of services that will be included in this Study. The Performance Work Statement and the Technical Exhibits can be downloaded at the following website: http://www.uscg.mil/hq/g-a/acs/a76/. Interested offerors capable of performing these functions are requested to submit the following information on or before May 28, 2003. A brief description of their company including business size (large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), or women owned business concern), history, and a description of primary services provided to either the government or commercial customers, as well as the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code(s) for the services. Further provide the company point of contact, address, and telephone number, fax number, and email address. List no more than the five of the company?s most recent and relevant examples of past and present information relating to similar services provided to either government and/or commercial customers. Include contract number, place of performance, point of contact, and telephone number along with the dollar value. Also provide a brief narrative of the functions performed. Page limit for the entire capability statement is 10 pages or less. Marketing literature shall not be included. Publication of this synopsis constitutes the third and final synopsis issuances required by OMB Circular A-76.
