- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with World Wildlife Fund Indonesia .for the office of National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Southwest Fisheries Science Center (SWFSC) in La Jolla, CA. The purpose of proposed contract is to monitor and protect key nesting beaches in North Papua. World Wildlife Indonesia will work closely with NMFS-SWFSC scientists on developing details of census design and implementation of standard methodology. The World Wildlife Fund Indonesia has been active in leatherback research and conservation at Jamursba Medi, North Papua for the past 20 years and over this time has established a close collaboration with local government and communities. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00.
