- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is detailed below: The proposal closing date is to be changed from April 29, 2003 to May 7, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. A pre-proposal conference meeting will take place on May 1, 2003 at 3:15 at 2401 E Street NW, Washington DC in Room H236. Non-State department personnel will have to be cleared through the second floor security and shown the conference room. If assistance is needed please contact Ms. Nicholas at 202-663-1869. There is a limit of two employees per vendor. Questions must be submitted to CarperBM@state.gov by April 30, 2003. All other Terms and conditions of the original solicitation shall remain unchanged.
