- Contractor(s) to provide refuse removal services to VA Medical Center facilities located in VISN 4. The following VA facilities are included in this solicitation: Pennsylvania - Altoona, Butler, Coatesville, Erie, Lebanon, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Wilkes-Barre and Wilmington, Delaware. Services to be performed for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 with four 1 year renewal options.
