- In accordance with FAR 9.2 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the repair/overhaul of the NSNs/PNs/Nouns listed below. This means that a company must go through a source approval process. This notice does not mean that the Air Force is contemplating repair/overhaul these items in the near future. This notice does not mean the Air Force possess the data required for the repair of these items. For a copy of the QRs submit written request to the Small Business Office, OC-ALC/BC, 3001 Staff Drive, Ste 1AG85A, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3009. FAX 405-739-7085. E-mail OCALC/BC@tinker.af.mil.
