Description
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: Total quantity of 2 items: Model 128 Intrapartum Fetal Monitor #0128GBQ-B. GE Medical Systems Intrapartum Fetal Monitor, Model 128. Please note NO EQUAL ITEMS ARE ACCEPTABLE. IT MUST BE THIS MODEL. Application Areas: High-risk pregnancy, delivery ward, SECTIO, Operating Theater. This model combines all method of sufficient fetal monitoring, including: Twins (including coincidence test); TOKOMETIRE or Intrauterine ? Pressure (IUP); FECG; and FMD (Fetal Movement Detection). With the integrated maternal parameters I-NIBP and MspO2 a new Standard for delivery wards is defined. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FM560630650100. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 446199 applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 52 MED/SGL Medical Logistics, Attn: SSgt Lynette Burden, GEB. 61 US-Wohnsiedlung, D-54634 Bitburg, Germany.
