Description: NA The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Edgewood Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Titan Systems (Applied Engineering Solutions Group) Niceville, Florida, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), for software modification services of the Survival Recovery Center 3.0 (SRC 3) [Geographic Information System (GIS)]. Due to the unique understanding the contractor has with the present software, they are the only responsible source for this proposed effort. Note 22 applies.
