- FISC Det. Philadelphia has issued a modification to exercise Option Year 1 under contract N00140-02-D-2608 with L3 Communications Corp. As a result of the exercise of this option, the total ceiling price of the contract is increased from $5,781,656 by $6,059,879 to $11,841,535. Contract N00140-02-D-2608 is an IDIQ, multiple award vehicle under which the government competes and awards delivery orders.
